CSPEEF is concerned with promoting the future of engineering throughout the state of California.  To help accomplish this objective, CSPEEF is issuing Ingersoll EIT & PE Grants to individuals preparing to take the California Fundamentals of Engineering Exam, the exam required to become an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and the first step on the road to becoming a Professional Engineer (PE).

Ingersoll EIT & PE Grants will be provided to eligible individuals in the form of a sponsorship to pay their registration fee for the California Fundamentals of Engineering Exam and Professional Engineering Exam.  First preference will be given to current members of the California Society of Professional Engineers (student membership is free), but anyone is welcome to apply for an Ingersoll EIT & PE Grant.

The Ingersoll EIT Grant program is named in memory of Dr. Alfred C. Ingersoll, P.E. and his wife Betsy, who were longtime supporters of professional licensure for all engineers and the CSPE Education Foundation.  Click on the links under "More Information" for the benefits of these grants, why you would consider taking the EIT and PE, and an application form.
